Refund & Cancellation

Subscriptions are sold by Creem as Merchant of Record. Cancellations and refunds are processed through Creem’s systems in accordance with this Policy and Creem’s applicable terms.

Cancel anytime

Use Manage subscription in the Dashboard (Creem customer portal) to cancel renewal. After cancellation, access generally continues until the end of the paid period unless Creem or applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds

Because the Service delivers digital information immediately, fees for periods already consumed are generally non-refundable. If you experience a verified billing error, duplicate charge, or Service outage that made paid features unusable for a material portion of the billing period, contact support within 14 days and we will work with Creem on a fair remedy (credit or refund where appropriate).

Trials

Free trial access does not require a card. If you subscribe after a trial, the first charge follows Creem Checkout confirmation.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank so we can resolve issues quickly. Fraudulent disputes may result in account termination.
