Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how BitPulse4H (“we”, operated by Wang Qiyuan) processes personal data when you use the Service. Paid checkout is processed by Creem as Merchant of Record; Creem’s privacy policy also applies to payment data.

Data we process

  • Account data via Clerk (email, user id, authentication metadata)
  • Billing metadata (plan, subscription status, Creem customer id) stored on your account
  • Usage logs necessary to operate and secure the Service
  • Public market data from exchange APIs (not personal data)

Purposes

Provide the Service, authenticate users, fulfill subscriptions, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.

Processors

  • Clerk — authentication
  • Creem — payments, tax invoicing, subscription management (MoR)
  • Vercel — hosting
  • Optional: OpenAI — narrative rewrite of briefs (no payment card data)

Retention

We retain account and billing metadata while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and dispute purposes. You may request deletion subject to legal retention duties.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact support@bitpulse4h.example. For payment records, contact Creem as well.
